New complex in Estepona Golf, a private gated community with a single pedestrian entrance with video intercom and vehicle access to an underground garage with a motorised door operated by remote control. These 48 townhouses have a contemporary design with a Mediterranean feel, blending perfectly into the natural surroundings. The complex has a carefully designed combination of interior carpentry inside each home that perfectly complements the flooring and exudes originality and personality, as we always show in our projects. The interior doors are smooth, finished in an elegant oak colour. The doors to the fitted wardrobes are finished in the same colour, with the wardrobe interiors completely lined in linen tone, and equipped with a hanging rail and luggage rack. Each home has a reinforced entrance door. In addition, the bedroom windows have rolling shutters installed, manufactured in the same material and colour. The kitchens include large capacity cupboard units, a white laminate worktop and aluminium skirting. There is a single sink with top quality, chrome coloured taps. Complemented with a basic appliance package by Balay, comprising electric oven, vitroceramic hob and extractor fan. The kitchen is perfectly integrated into the living room, in consonance with the rest of the interior design features of the home and can be personalised with a package of optional appliances by Balay. For both bathrooms, we have chosen a selection of original tiles from the Saloni brand collection. Each home in phases 1 and 2 has a private garage in the basement with its own door and a spacious, multi-purpose room. Homes in phase 3 have an outdoor parking space. The development has a large communal pool with bathroom and solarium area, accessible for those with reduced mobility, night lighting and landscaped garden areas.
